We assess your business structure, financial position, operations, and growth strategy to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities. Each session is a focused, per-hour business development consultation tailored to MSMEs and SMEs. It includes business assessment, practical recommendations, and clear next steps. You will receive professional guidance on improving profitability, managing costs, strengthening internal processes, and positioning your business for sustainable growth. Advice provided is practical and specific to your business, not generic. This service is ideal for startups, MSMEs, SMEs, and growing businesses seeking stronger financial control, clearer strategy, and informed decision-making. Important Notice Consultation fees reflect the preparation, analysis, and professional expertise involved. Execution, implementation, and system setup are not included and are quoted separately after consultation. Consultation Packages & Policy 1. MSME Consultation Package Maximum duration: 1 hour Scope: Advisory only Execution not included Follow-up summary: Optional Designed for startups and small businesses requiring quick clarity, guidance, and direction. 2. SME / Growing Business Consultation Package Duration: 1 hour per session Scope: Deeper analysis than MSME package Advisory only Execution not included Designed for growing businesses requiring structured insight and strategic direction. 3. Timeless (Comprehensive) Consultation Sessions: Maximum of 2–3 sessions Total advisory time cap: 4–6 hours Scope: Advisory only Execution and implementation quoted separately Designed for businesses requiring a full strategic assessment and detailed roadmap without time pressure.
Cancellation Policy
ProfitPath Accounting & Advisory, Booking Policy 1. Appointment Booking All consultation sessions must be booked in advance through our official booking system. Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. 2. Payment Policy Payments must be made before the scheduled session. Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money or Bank Transfer. Unpaid bookings will not be honored. 3. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours to the session time may result in session forfeiture. 4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be forfeited. 5. Session Validity All booked sessions must be used within the agreed package timeframe: MSME & SME packages must be completed within 60 days of the first session. Unused sessions after this period will expire. 6. Late Arrival Clients are advised to be punctual. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival to respect subsequent bookings. 7. Professional Disclaimer Sessions are consultative and advisory in nature. Implementation and results depend on the client’s actions and business environment. By booking a session with ProfitPath Accounting & Advisory, you agree to this booking policy. Our business development consultation includes advisory, reports, and follow-ups. Extra fees may apply for repeated updates, urgent requests, or services outside scope. Timely, accurate client information is required for effective results.
